Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Since we work with partner suppliers, we cannot accept returns due to sizing, color, or change-of-mind reasons.


What if my item arrives damaged?

Simply email us within 7 days with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund right away.


How long is shipping?

Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days.
Fitness equipment and larger items may take a bit longer.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.


Do I need to return my item to get a refund?

In most cases, no. For damaged or defective items, we issue replacements without requiring you to ship anything back.
